The Problem
The property runs its irrigation off a booster pump, and the pump was short-cycling — starting and stopping repeatedly instead of running steadily. Short-cycling destroys pumps quickly, and the customer had already replaced one.
What We Did
The cause was on the supply side: leaking joints downstream of the pump were bleeding pressure faster than the pump could hold it. We rebuilt the affected pipework, replaced the deteriorated fittings and re-supported the run so it no longer sags under its own weight.
