The Problem
A new planting bed on the far side of a concrete walk needed its own zone, and there was no existing sleeve under the walk. Cutting and patching the concrete would have cost more than the irrigation work itself and left a visible seam.
What We Did
We opened small pits on either side of the walk and bored horizontally underneath it, pulling a sleeve through and running the new supply line inside the sleeve. The pits were backfilled in layers and compacted so nothing settles later, and the turf was replaced over the top.

The Result
The walk was never touched. The new zone came online the same day, and the sleeve means any future line can be pulled through without excavation.
