The Problem
A property with no irrigation at all, a large area to cover and mature planting that could not be disturbed. Hand-trenching the whole site was not realistic within the schedule the owner needed.
What We Did
We started with pressure and flow testing at the meter, then designed the zone layout around what the supply could actually deliver. A mini-excavator handled the long open runs while the sections near established planting were dug by hand. Valves went into accessible boxes on a proper manifold, wiring was run in a single loom with waterproof connections, and a weather-based controller was installed and programmed.
